2 power level settings allow instant power boost to maximum. This quickly removes steam and any unwanted cooking fumes or nitrogen dioxide produced when cooking on gas. Equally important is the position of the cooker hood above the hob. The cooker hood should be suspended at least 65 cm above the electric hob and 70 cm above the gas hob.
Effective recirculation
If you cannot connect the cooker hood to a pipe leading to the outside, simply use the recirculation function. The cooker hood is equipped with a metal grease filter that absorbs grease. In recirculation mode, a charcoal filter (not included) must be used additionally to absorb odours. The air is cleaned and blown back into the room.
Simple cleaning of the grease filter
It couldn't be simpler. Simply place the filter in the dishwasher and start the standard washing programme. If you prefer to wash by hand, use dishwashing detergent and water.
LED lighting
Environmentally friendly LEDs illuminate the hob perfectly. The main advantage is the high energy saving compared to traditional incandescent bulbs and a much longer lifetime.
