Prices for individual packages depend on their dimensions and weight.
We offer shipping to Great Britain, as well as to Ireland, Guernsey and Jersey.

Personal Collection

Personal collection is not available, all packages are delivered directly to the customer.

The shipping price depends on the weight of the product.

How Do We Count the Weight?

By weight we mean the greater value between the actual weight and the dimensional weight - calculated from the formula
[length (cm) x width (cm) x height (cm)] / 6000

Free Delivery

The customer is entitled to use the free shipping coupon if they place an order for a total of £80, excluding the shipping cost.
Only products with standard Evri shipping up to £5 are eligible for the promotion. Products that are shipped with special shipping due to large dimensions are not eligible for the promotion.

For free shipping You need to provide the discount code during check out. On the right side of the page during check out there's a "Discount Code" Box - please, enter FreeDelivery there, click 'apply', and the shipping costs will be reduced to zero.

* The seller reserves the right to change the courier due to the size and dimensions of the package. Always provide a valid shipping address.

Customs Charges

All DHL DE orders are shipped from Germany. For orders shipped via DHL DE exceeding a value of £135, customers should be aware that customs charges may be applied by the UK government. These charges, including customs duties and taxes, are beyond the control of our company and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
