Return – Up to 30 days for an unused product
If you are experiencing issues with the product or wish to withdraw from the contract, please complete the form below.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the purchase date. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, which may vary depending on the size of the purchased products.
Please keep proof of shipment. You must send a clear photo or scan of the document along with your bank account number for a refund.
Complaint – Issue with a received package containing a product under warranty
Was your package delivered damaged by the courier, or does the product have visible damage? Please attach photos of the following:
- The received product – to verify its condition
- The damaged area (if applicable)
- The packaging, especially any visible damages
- The internal packaging/protective filler
- The shipping label with a visible tracking number
- A scan of the completed and signed complaint form
We will respond to your complaint as soon as possible, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt.
