Issue with an Order

Need to change the delivery address, experiencing a delayed delivery, or has your package gone missing?

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please provide:

  • Your order number (for example: #SUK12345)
  • The email address used when placing the order (must match the email provided in the order)

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

If the order has not yet been dispatched, the payment will be refunded to your bank account.

If your order has already been shipped and is on its way, please contact our customer support by selecting “Issue with an order” in the contact form and describe the situation. Our support team will provide you with further instructions.

Return – Up to 30 Days for an Unused Product

If you are experiencing issues with the product or wish to withdraw from the contract, please complete the form below.

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the purchase date.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, which may vary depending on the size of the purchased products.

Complaint – Issue with a Received Package (Product Under Warranty)

Was your package delivered damaged by the courier, or does the product have visible damage? Please attach photos of the following:

  • The received product – to verify its condition
  • The damaged area (if applicable)
  • The packaging, especially any visible damage
  • The internal packaging/protective filler
  • The shipping label with a visible tracking number

We will respond to your complaint as soon as possible, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt.
