Withdrawal from Contract (Right of Withdrawal)
You may withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the product. The goods must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Important: In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the cost of return shipping is borne by the customer!

Wait for return instructions
After submitting the form, you will receive detailed information and instructions regarding the return procedure from our customer service team. -

After contacting our customer service via the contact form, please send us the tracking number of the returned shipment – it serves as POD (proof of return).

Refund process
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, your refund will be processed within 14 days via bank transfer.
If you do not receive your refund within the statutory 14-day period, please contact our customer support.

Complaint resolution
You will receive confirmation of receipt of your complaint. The complaint will be resolved within 30 days in accordance with applicable law.

How to Properly Pack the Product
Please note that you are responsible for the condition of the returned goods during transport. If the product is damaged due to insufficient packaging, you may be held responsible.
We recommend using:

A sturdy cardboard box of appropriate size

Bubble wrap

Strong adhesive tape
-
Filling material such as air cushions or crumpled paper
Packing instructions:

Choose a box that matches the size of the product.

Place a protective layer (bubble wrap or paper) at the bottom of the box.

Wrap the product securely in protective material and ensure it cannot move inside the box.

Seal the box firmly with strong adhesive tape.

Mark the parcel with your order number or sender’s name.
