A wireless sensor with an IP44 rating, resistant to splashes and weather conditions, is used to measure the external temperature.

The GB162 weather station records maximum and minimum temperatures, which are automatically reset at midnight. In addition, the user has the option of manual reset, which facilitates conducting their own observations.
