The Maclean MCE824 is a modern flush-mounted touch switch designed for convenient control of lighting and other compatible devices. The sensor can be installed in a concealed location—under a countertop, behind a cabinet door, behind a door, behind a mirror, behind glass, or behind any other suitable surface—so that once installation is complete, it remains hidden and does not affect the appearance of the cabinetry. A gentle touch on the outer surface at the sensor’s installation location turns the connected device on or off.

The Maclean MCE824 sensor detects touch through surfaces up to 40 mm thick, making it suitable for use in various types of furniture and built-in structures. It works well, among other places, under countertops, behind cabinet doors, behind furniture fronts, behind shelves, behind panels, behind mirrors, and behind glass surfaces. This solution allows you to conceal the control element and maintain a uniform appearance of the furniture without a traditional button. The sensor can be mounted using double-sided adhesive tape, which makes it easy to adapt it to a specific installation.
