MILK FROTHING SYSTEM CLEANER COFFEE FORMAT MILK FORMAT YELLOW PRO is a professional alkaline cleaner designed to maintain and protect milk frothing systems in coffee machines. The cleaner has been formulated to effectively remove fatty and protein-based milk residues from milk lines and the frothing system. MILK FORMAT YELLOW PRO comes in a convenient 1-liter bottle with an integrated dispenser, which makes it easy to maintain the ideal proportions for preparing the cleaning solution. One bottle is sufficient for up to 20 cleaning cycles; the recommended amount of liquid per cleaning cycle is 50 ml, which should be mixed with 450 ml of very hot water (max 80°C).

The milk system cleaning fluid comes in a convenient, transparent 1000 ml bottle which is equipped with an additional dispenser with an embossed measuring cup. This amount of liquid is sufficient for 20 standard cleaning cycles. The milk system cleaner comes in the form of a concentrate that must be mixed with water, 50 ml of liquid with 450 ml of very warm water (max 80°C). The key advantage of the transparent bottle is the ability to constantly monitor the amount of product remaining, which also makes it much easier to measure out the correct amount of cleaning agent.
