They are also characterized by increased resistance to mechanical damage and the effects of organic acids and detergents. This is why they are dishwasher safe and resistant to intensive scrubbing. Importantly, pans made of 21/0 steel do not contain manganese and nickel, which are harmful to human health.

The special design of the capsule bottom distributes heat evenly across the entire surface, which increases heat utilization and cooking efficiency. This directly translates into quality and comfort for the cook. This solution also reduces the risk of burning food.
