The order number can be found in the purchase confirmation email. It is usually in a format similar to #SUK12345

Why can’t I find my parcel?
The parcel may not have been dispatched yet, or the carrier may not have issued a tracking number yet. Please try again in a few hours.
The order has been dispatched, but I can’t see any updates.
Once a parcel has been dispatched, it may take the carrier a few hours to provide the first update on the parcel’s status.
What should I do if my parcel is delayed?
If the expected delivery date has passed or the parcel’s status has not changed for some time, please contact our customer service team.
